TempoTool

– low volume production     

TempoTool is a new and innovative casting process for manufacturing technical parts in smaller quantities.

TempoTool is especially suitable for low volume production per year over more years, as the setup costs are considerably lower than the costs charged in pressure die casting.  Furthermore the reproduction of parts can be started up very fast.

By using a special type of graphite as moulding material it is possible to reduce considerably both the tooling/moulding investment as well as the delivery time in comparison with the generally known tooling materials, aluminium and steel. 

The characteristics of the graphite as moulding material are also obvious when we analyse the mechanical properties given to the castings during the production process – properties which can be compared to pressure die cast parts.
